So the first step is to unscrew all of them and you will be able to unite the cup magazine. While there are two screws used to tighten the bottom of the cup magazine. After taking off the top of the cup magazine, you need to release the two screws so that the bottom of the cup magazine could be removed. it is quite simple that any one in the factory or the workshop could do it.
When you remove the cup magazines, you need to make sure there is no cup inside. Or if there are cups in the cup silo, hold the bottom of the silo to prevent this cups from dropping and falling to the ground everywhere. Always remember to take the cup silo off gently, in case that the edges would cause wound to the operators.
After the cup magazine is removed, the cup separator should be taken out manually. There are few screws adopted to fix the cup separator which are put on position that could be easily unscrewed. When unscrew the cup separator, be careful of not letting the screws and some parts fall to the ground as some parts are small which might easily drop through the hollow parts of the machine. Hold those small parts while screw them. Besides there are blue and black tubes or tracheae connected to the cups separator, be mindful that you do not cause any damage to them as the screws are hidden inside. Further while removing or taking off the blue and black tracheae, you need to pay attention to the direction of the tracheae, so not to make mistake when connect them back to the cup separator again.
When the new cup separator is ready to be fixed to the machine, you need to firstly tighten the four screws on 2 sides. Then you could fix the bottom plastic cover to the cup separator. So you could put the bottom magazine or the new one back. For this step, the key thing is that you need to be very careful of the position of bottom cups magazine and do not let it touch the cup separator. There is space required between them as the cup separator moves back and forward to separate the cups from the cup magazine and deliver them to the positions on the round plate. There are gaps between two cups stacked in the cup silo which will be taken advantage by the cup separator to realize the cup separating. When cup magazine is set at the right position, screw it to tighten it to the machine.
The last step is to put the blue and black tubes to the right place.
It is quite simple. The filling nozzle are with internal thread. That means basically it is a screw and all you need to do is unscrew the old one and screw the new one to the machine.
The vacuum suction head is stored inside the round shape metal cover. To replace it, the first step is to take it out of the RN1S filling sealing machine. Then open it and take the vacuum suction out.
There are two big screws used to fix the round shape metal cover. You can only take the round shape metal box out after you unscrew the two crews. It is suggested to release the screw tightened horizontally firstly. After that unscrew the vertical screw.
There are four screws on top of the round shape metal cover. After remove those four screws, you will be able to take the top cover off. There will be another screw in the middle for round shape cover. By holding the bottom and unscrewing this screw, you will get the old vacuum suction head out.
Replace the old vacuum suction head with the new one. Then screw it to the round shape metal cover and put it back to the machine and fix it. Hence, the whole process is complete.
The lids magazine is a hollow tube shape part made by metal. It is fixed to the metal lids magazine platform by four screws. To replace it with the new one, all you need to do is unscrew the old one and put the new one on the machine by screwing tightly.
To change the sealing head, you need to release the whole part which contains the sealing head first. There are 2 screws applied to fix the part to the RN1S filling and sealing machine. Unscrew them while holding it to prevent the part from dropping. By taking out the part, you will be able to see the screw at the bottom of the part that fix the sealing head. Unscrew this screw and you will get the old sealing head. Replace it and fix it back to the machine. After putting the whole part to the machine, the whole process is complete.

The cups are packed into the vertical capsule storage tube made of stainless steel. There are 2 air cylinders controlling the cup loading precisely. It could load 50-70 cups of different types onto the round plate each minute. The diameter of the position on the round plate is designed to match the size of the cup. So the cups could be loaded smoothly and precisely.
The second step is for the RN1S filling and sealing machine to detect if there is cups or capsules placed onto the round plate. If there is no cup or capsule detected in one of the positions of the round table, the detector would send this information to the machine and the filling and sealing process would not be carried out in that position.

Cost analysis is like this.
·Direct cost. Such as routine preventive maintenance cost.
·Indirect cost. Such as organizational, management cost.
·Consequence of failure cost. Such as safety cost, delay of production cost.
Condition-based maintenance(CBM) is based on the device performance monitoring, and the corrective actions will be taken accordingly.
By detecting important operating equipment parameters, to achieve continuously monitoring of the equipment conditions is every important in CBM.
Maintenance occurs when certain signal shows that equipment is worsening and the probability of failure is increasing.
So in the long run, this strategy can reduce machine failure associated maintenance costs, meanwhile minimize the occurrence of critical failures and optimizing the management of available economic resources.
In a word, its advantage is that it avoids as much trouble as possible before it turns to machine failure.
When you perform maintenance in this strategy, you know what the maintenance team will do in a certain day, you have plenty of time to prepare for it.
Because you have already arranged the work in advance, you can easily send the right guy there at the right time, instead of having to call special technicians to deal with it.
Because you can schedule maintenance to avoid peak production periods, you won’t get confused in such critical times.
On the other hand, its disadvantage is the possibility of straying into the over-maintenance misconception that you're doing more than you need to.

For higher level risks, the frequency of PM or CM may be increased, while for those with lower levels of risk, less or no maintenance will be done.
It’ll eliminates work which seems to be low-value, and provides guidance for limited budgets at the same time.
On the other hand, its disadvantages are obvious.
One is that risk identification and analysis processes is the basis so failure in this link will be enlarged.
There may be unrecognized risks involved and risks that are assessed to be too low which will lead to unexpected results.
Therefore the risk identification and analysis processes is emphasized and may take too much time or spend too much budget.
And its difficult to identify and select the right man for risk assessment.

You can just perform tasks when you realized you need them, instead of having to schedule as many inspections in advance, which save on overall maintenance costs.
Being able to "see" the condition of equipment without having to turn it off and disassemble parts to check saves you more than just time and effort.
You'll only need to send a technician up to check if you already know there's a problem which indicated by a sensor.
It may also protects you from the risk of equipment damage and injury to technicians.
About disadvantages, the first thing is cost.
This includes both the equipment required and the additional training you will need, which will make you know how to set up and calibrate the sensors.
Besides, this strategy’s basis is that you need to choose the right sensors for the equipment at first.
Even with the "right" sensors, you could still be in trouble if the environment is harsh enough to eventually destroy them, or the sensors themselves may also run into a failure.
Maintenance Types Summary
Choosing the right maintenance strategy starts with understanding your options, their long points and weak points.
Run-to-fail tends to have a bad reputation, but it's the best option for some equipment.
Actually you can use it when something is difficult or impossible to maintain, but cheap to stock, easy to replace elements.
PM helps you find out potential problems early by scheduling inspections or eliminate some risks before they come out through the daily care.
RBM helps to reduce risks to acceptable levels and cares about risk analysis in advance.
CBM relies on sensors and special software to collect data of the equipment, which will be continuously monitored till the readings exceed preset parameters.
So in the end, there is no one-size-fits-all perfect strategy.
There are someone choose run-to-fail, and also someone choose PM.

Cindy: Can you first introduce yourself and Ffit8 in one sentence?
Zhang Guangming: I am Zhang Guangming. I am a bio geek and “technological old Chinese doctor” who has changed my “bull heart”. This is my position for myself. We hope to use technological innovation to make young people eat healthier. Based on this vision, we created the brand FFIT8 PROTEIN. Cindy: You used to be the co-founder of Flight Butler, and also an angel investor in even coffee and e-driver. There are many people who call you “Bright Principal”. What we are curious about is what opportunity is it for you to get started thinking about making protein bars?
Zhang Guangming: This opportunity is that I have changed my “heart”. During my physical examination in 2016, I found out that I had heart disease, which was actually congenital, but I only found out when I was older. At that time, I had an operation and replaced a piece of bovine heart valve on the heart. After changing the “bull heart”, I felt that the whole person’s “disposition has changed drastically”, so I started to become interested in health knowledge. Therefore, it is said that the heavens will be relegated to the people of Sri Lanka, and they must first change their hearts.
After that, I began to have a strong interest in health knowledge, and I felt that my mission had changed. After the operation, I learned a lot of knowledge and content related to healthy nutrition. At that time, there was a public health organization called “Happy Weight Loss Education” in the flight steward. I became a theoretical researcher and founder of weight management and nutrition guidance in the organization. At that time, a system was formed. I brought more than 30,000 people to the online fat reduction camp.
The title of “Headmaster of Brightness” was obtained at that time, and this organization was also the embryonic form of FFIT8 later. In this process, I have learned some of the pain points of Chinese young people in dietary health and body management, and gradually formed the vision and idea of creating FIT8.
Cindy: We are curious about what you had for your recent meal? In order to pursue health, what kind of eating habits do you usually maintain?
Zhang Guangming: I just ate a protein bar. It’s very late at noon, and there is a tight queue between the two meetings, so I will eat a protein bar on the road and a second protein bar when I go to the office. For breakfast, I usually eat two eggs and a carton of milk. When it comes to eating, I have a principle, that is, you must eat one meal every day, and at most one meal a day.
Cindy: How do you define “well”?
Zhang Guangming: I often say that I want to have a good meal. This is actually related to the concept of FIT8. We have a concept of FIT8: Michelin if we have time to eat, and FIT8 if we don’t have time to eat.
This means that our daily diet is actually divided into two kinds, one is to enjoy food, such as ourselves, or dining with family and friends, we need a long time to enjoy the process of eating and enjoy the food brought to us. Zhang Guangming: After I fell ill, I gained a new understanding of nutrition and health. I found that the main health problems faced by young people are actually caused by unreasonable diet. Everyone is too busy now, and there is no condition to eat well. In a hurry, the types of foods you can choose from are very single. Most of the convenience foods and snacks that we can see in convenience stores have a common feature. They are often high in oil and sugar. In other words, it is high calorie and low protein.

In fact, everyone has known this for a long time, but in the current environment, there are too few low-calorie, high-protein healthy foods for us to choose from. Many times we really have no choice. It is definitely difficult for us to eat. . I also refute a rumor here that some people say that raw eggs are better for absorption, but this is actually wrong. The absorption rate of boiled eggs can reach 99%, but the absorption rate of raw eggs is only 60%. This is because raw eggs are prone to problems in colony control. In addition to hygiene considerations, there is an enzyme in raw eggs that will also block the absorption of protein in the eggs, but after the eggs are heated, the colony and enzyme problems can be solved. In addition, raw eggs are fluid, and will quickly slip from the stomach to the intestines after eating, and the time available for digestion is much shorter than that of cooked eggs.

Cindy: We saw that the growth of FIT8 last year was indeed very fast. Many new users became our consumer group. We are also very curious. We would like to ask the principal of Guangming to share with us. What is the profile of FIT8’s users? Are the consumers of our products basically in line with our expectations? Are there any interesting user observations?
Zhang Guangming: Our users are basically concentrated in first- and second-tier cities, and the main consumer groups are also concentrated in the 25-35 age group. It is very interesting that our consumer groups can be roughly divided into two groups.
One category is women who love sports and fitness. These people are not traditional sports coaches or professional sports fitness professionals, but people who prefer sports lifestyles. Many of them are girls. Many people think that those who eat protein bars and meal replacements are obese people who need to lose weight. In our observations of users, this is not the case. Many of our users are girls who have good exercise and health habits and have high nutritional requirements. They are also people who like yoga, running, go to the gym, and often go outdoors to exercise. They have a high degree of education, a high consumption power, and a high level of cognition.
Most of these women also often lose weight, but most of them only focus on low calories or some traditional ways of losing weight.
