The first 2021 edition AF-RL1 Lavazza blue filling machine is made for a Thailand coffee company. This B café senior engineer visited our factory on October, and we had friendly negotiations. In the end, they purchased an AF-RL1 rotary type Lavazza blue filling and sealing machine from us.

B café is a well-known Thailand coffee company, owing one filling sealing machine made by European company S. With years of development and expansion, this company has gained certain market shares in Thailand.
However, this company had gradually realized that the lavazza blue filling sealing machine they bought from Europe had some defects, so they started to look for new machines. When the company found AFPAK, we confidently explained to them that we could build a machine which would meet their requirements. After several months of detailed discussions between us, our factory eventually built this new AF-RL1 Lavazza blue a modo mio filling sealing machine.
Now, I am very pleased to let everyone know that the manufacture of this Lavazza blue filling machine has been completed. The machine works perfectly as displayed in the video.

  9. Roll stock cut/seal or precut aluminum foil sealing.
  10. Sensors to detect no capsules or no lids to stop the machine.
  11. High efficacy Nitrogen flushing device, to keep more than 97% Nitrogen in finished capsules.
  12. AFPAK designed sealing heads, good sealing with adjustable Temperature control.
  13. US and Canada safety standard.
  14. Special designed for both coffee and tea package.
