All the filling and sealing work is processed on the round plate in the middle of the machine, which could move clockwise or anticlockwise.
- Vertical cup loading.
The cups are packed into the vertical capsule storage tube made of stainless steel. The diameter of the vertical coffee capsules storage tube is can be adjusted according to the cups, such as Nespresso cups, K-cups, Dolce Gusto cups, Lavazza Blue cups, Nespresso Vertuo cups, and other customized cups based on the customer’s requirements. The tube could contain over 300 Nespresso cups and 100 K-cups, so to save the loading work for employees.
There are 2 air cylinders controlling the cup loading precisely. It could load 50-70 cups of different types onto the round plate each minute. The diameter of the position on the round plate is designed to match the size of the cup. So the cups could be loaded smoothly and precisely.
- Device to detect the cups or capsules.
The second step is for the RN1S filling and sealing machine to detect if there is cups or capsules placed onto the round plate. If there is no cup or capsule detected in one of the positions of the round table, the detector would send this information to the machine and the filling and sealing process would not be carried out in that position.
